About The Position

Our premier client is looking for Part-Time Retail Gear Guides to join store opening in Knoxville, TN location! In this role, you will provide customers with a premium experience and excellent customer service in an engaging and authentic way. You value the opportunity to help customers find the gear that supports their pursuit. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager. This is not a remote position. This is a contract position. Located in Knoxville, TN Rotational Retail Hours

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Ability to effectively and accurately complete POS transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
Stand for the duration of the shift
Move and process shipments
Ability to lift 45 lbs
Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)

Responsibilities

Authentically engage with all customers to provide exceptional customer service and experience
Become a brand expert
Assist in inventory procedures including floor replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, etc.
Uphold premium merchandising standards that create an exceptional customer experience
Execute store cleaning responsibilities
Provide an excellent checkout experience for all sales, returns and exchange transactions using POS
Assist with store events
