As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by selecting merchandise from the selling floor, packing, and shipping customer orders with care and attention to detail. You will also assist with customer pick-up and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your dedication to teamwork will shine as you collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive workplace. Most importantly, you'll make every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed. Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Self-starter; able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance.
• Picking and Packing: Select merchandise from the selling floor and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in good condition.
• Conduct Customer Pick-up: Retrieve orders from our back-of-house storage and deliver them curbside to the customer.
• Support Other Teams: Assist other teams as needed in areas such as unloading and processing new merchandise based on its type, size, or category.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve department goals, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
