About The Position

The Front-End Department Head (FEDH) at PGA TOUR Superstore is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience at the store's Club Services Desk and Front-End operations. This role involves overseeing the execution of the Experience Game Plan, managing product conversions, handling store returns, and maintaining merchandise standards. The FEDH acts as a leader within the department, providing training and support to associates while also engaging directly with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Ability to manage conflict and lead conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee all Club Services and Front-End operations.
• Act as the expert in assigned departments, providing input into operational and merchandising decisions.
• Execute the role of a Starter (greeter) to ensure customers receive a warm welcome and guidance.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide departmental training for associates.
• Participate in weekly department evaluations with the Sales and Service Manager (SSM).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and operational Front-End and Services area.
• Execute all Club Services and Front-End programs, promotions, and procedures consistently.
• Perform basic club repair duties and manage G&T App orders.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Open and close the store, handling cash and customer escalations.
