As a Lead Framer at Michaels, you will lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art. You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions. Your role will involve assisting the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will develop and coach the team on selling behaviors, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, and manage the framing team to achieve their KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management processes, shrink and safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty (MOD). You will also participate in the hiring and training of new team members and support talent development activities.
