About The Position

As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect their style, mood, and preferences - making them feel confident, valued, and inspired. Both a beauty enthusiast and product expert, you demonstrate and sell a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products, while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage. You contribute to a seamless shopping experience by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and delivering service with care.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Comfortable engaging customers with warmth and expertise.
  • Drive sales and loyalty using clientele tools.
  • Maintain an organized and shoppable space.
  • Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact.
  • Wear name badge with pride, greet teammates, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
  • Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
  • Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations with customers.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, and updating signs and pricing.
  • Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before thanking them.
  • Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration.
  • Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, and achieve sales goals.
