About The Position

The Retail Forklift Driver at IKEA plays a crucial role in the logistics team, focusing on the efficient execution of product availability and replenishment processes. Requirements

• 5 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Moving products to final selling locations in storage or on the sales floor.
• Performing sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, and loading.
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Contributing to an environment that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
