As a Retail Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the overall success of daily operations. This includes upholding the client’s culture and guidelines, complying with Health Department regulations, and maintaining company standards and policies. You will also be responsible for motivating, training, developing, and leading team members to deliver exceptional service and meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail food service or operational management.
  • Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or similar environments.
  • Retail marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing cash retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail food service operations.
  • Plan and supervise special events and functions.
  • Maintain cash controls and payroll records.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of frontline team members.
  • Train and direct staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Complete required reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
