About The Position
Sodexo is seeking Retail Manager 2 for Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is a not-for-profit, acute-care, teaching and research hospital with 609 beds located in Northwest Washington, D.C., Founded in the Jesuit principle of cura personalis—caring for the whole person—we are committed to offering a variety of innovative diagnostic and treatment options within a trusting and compassionate environment. What You'll Do The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 30 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales. Requirements
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or EquivalentMinimum Management Experience - 1 year
