The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor who is passionate about excellence and enthusiastic. This role involves shaping guest experiences by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and embodying the Golden Rule in every interaction. Work authorization in the United States is required.

Requirements

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Ability to accurately read and work with a variety of computer systems.
Possess one to three years of previous retail supervisory experience.
A sincere willingness to perpetuate the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho’okipa to promote a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff, peers, guests and residents.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Capability of multi-tasking and functioning well under pressure.
Able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
Possess a high work ethic and sense of integrity.
Works with a sense of responsibility and purpose for the roles filled within our team.
Has a keen eye and interest for fashion, visual merchandising and the details of merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, develop and support your Sales Associates to provide our guests with exceptional customer service.
Assist with the training, evaluation, and empowerment of your shops team.
Present a professional image and character in appearance, words and actions.
Be an active participant in both the Retail and Resort Management teams.
Create and build positive relationships with our guests, homeowners, staff and venders.
Help to achieve all quantitative goals such as sales volume, units per transaction, sales per square foot, operational expenses, inventory shortages, and staff retention levels are kept in check.
Ensure that all Four Season Resort Hualalai standards are maintained and embraced.
Stay abreast of all trends related to your area of responsibility and “Benchmark” other properties for inspiration.
Maintain a well organized and safe working environment.
Participate in the planning and execution of physical store inventories.
Drive sales delivery, visual presentation, and merchandising standards.
Ensure that all internal and external communications are up to date.
Be responsible for all daily store operations including: cash and bank management, floor security, POS transactions, stockroom organization and floor replenishment.
Help to process all merchandise deliveries in a timely manner and remerchandise the selling floor as needed.
