Retail Field Merchandiser Needed- Willow Springs, MO

About the position

We are looking for great people to join our team- people like YOU! This is NOT a full-time position. All work is project based. Merchandisers are on an as needed basis. We have a continuity program in your area. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships. If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Complete all merchandising work offered in the area.
• Conduct audits and resets (shelf and pegboard work).
• Implement and maintain planograms.
• Perform pull & plugs and POP/POS placement.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel.

Requirements

• Dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up and completing work on time.
• 1 year of experience with planograms.
• 1 year of merchandising experience.
• 1 year of experience with resets.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Must have access to the internet.
• Must have access to a printer when needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid, non-expired driver's license required.
• Ability to transport supplies as needed.
• Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles).
