Retail Field Merchandiser Needed- Aransas Pass

About the position

We are looking for great people to join our team- people like YOU! This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. It is project-based work. All merchandisers are on an as needed-on demand basis. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships. If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work offered in the area as needed.
• Conduct audits and resets (shelf and pegboard work).
• Perform pull & plugs and POP/POS placement.
• Implement and maintain planograms.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel.

Requirements

• Must have an Android or iPhone.
• Must know how to access Google via your phone.
• Dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up and completing work on time.
• 1 year of experience reading and implementing planograms.
• 1 year of merchandising experience.
• 1 year of experience with resets.
• Must speak and read English.
• Access to the internet.
• Access to a printer when needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid, non-expired Driver's License required.
• Ability to transport supplies as needed.
• Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles) and potentially outside the area.
• Flexible schedule.
