About The Position

We are looking for great people to join our team- people like YOU! This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. All merchandisers are on an as needed basis. We are on the hunt for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, building cardboard displays & metal rack displays, audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships. If you specialize in reset work, please mention this to our recruiter, when contacted. If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor. Pay rates vary by client contract - $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must have an Android or iPhone
• Must know how to access Google via your phone
• Dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up and completing work on time
• Understand how to read and implement planograms
• 1 year of merchandising experience
• 1 year of reset experience
• Speak and read English
• Access to the internet
• Access to a printer when needed
• Reliable transportation
• Valid, non-expired driver's license required
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles)
• Email address that is monitored daily
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Ability to travel outside the area for a stipend
• Experience in reset work

Responsibilities

• Build cardboard displays and metal rack displays
• Conduct audits and resets (shelf and pegboard work)
• Perform pull & plugs, POP/POS placement
• Implement and maintain planograms
• Work independently or as part of a team based on client needs
• Communicate effectively with SRS staff via email, phone, and text
• Transport supplies as needed (POP/POS signage)
• Complete all work offered in the assigned area
