As a Retail Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand in retail stores, home shows, fairs, and community events-sparking meaningful conversations with homeowners and setting appointments for our design team.

Requirements

  • A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with others
  • Persuasive and positive-you don’t take “no” as the final answer
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
  • Energetic and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed
  • Highschool Diploma/GED
  • The required skills such as verbal communication and sales customer service are essential for engaging with customers clearly and professionally on a daily basis.
  • Sales skills enable the representative to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment demands strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask without compromising quality.
  • Oral and written communication skills are used to document interactions accurately and convey information clearly to both customers and internal teams.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and managing customer accounts effectively contribute to building trust and fostering long-term customer relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required)
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Brand Ambassador experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners in retail and event settings to generate interest and appointments
  • Create excitement and trust around our home improvement services
  • Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for our design specialists
  • Set up and manage branded displays at events and partner stores
  • Achieve daily and weekly appointment goals and enjoy celebrating your wins
