You will lead the employee experience strategy across the micro-market, ensuring that customer interactions are seamless and positive. Analyzing performance indicators in relation to business strategies will be a key part of your role, as you will guide your team to facilitate growth and improve results. You will also lead initiatives aimed at maximizing results and providing necessary course corrections when needed, ensuring that the store operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
