Requirements

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Workspace equivalents) for reporting, presentations, and dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast ‑ paced, cross ‑ functional environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Detail ‑ oriented with a structured and process ‑ driven mindset
  • Comfortable working with operational coordination, logistics, and follow ‑ up execution
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a hands ‑ on, problem ‑ solving attitude
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus but not required)
  • Organized, strong communication, passion for retail and beauty
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a role involving data analysis, project coordination, or retail support.

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications; Retail Management, Analytics, Education, or a related field
  • Previous internship or project experience in retail, training, marketing, sales operations, or consumer goods
  • Exposure to retail KPIs, sell ‑ out analysis, or performance tracking
  • Interest in or familiarity with training, education programs, or digital learning platforms (LMS)

Responsibilities

  • Support Retail Excellence and Education initiatives designed to enhance field execution and drive performance outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and operational workflows related to training delivery, retail activations, and launch readiness.
  • Monitor and report key retail and training performance indicators to enable insights-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials, digital learning modules, and education tools that support capability building.
  • Facilitate operational and logistical processes related to sampling, product mail-outs, and digital learning platforms.
  • Partner with Retail, Education, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution across initiatives.
