About The Position
The position involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating events, including children's birthday parties, within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. The role requires delivering friendly customer service by assisting customers in shopping and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Operational tasks include truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. The candidate will engage with clients of all ages, create an environment of fun and creativity, and demonstrate craft projects during events. Administrative tasks such as answering emails and completing paperwork are also part of the job, along with ensuring client satisfaction and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
