The Retail Employee / Project Specialist - Evening shifts is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order. This is a non-commissioned, hourly sales and register position. This role focuses on two primary objectives: Providing excellent customer service on our sales floor while actively engaging in selling behaviors, to complete selling interactions, and drive store profit. Tendering customer transactions at checkout with speed and accuracy while actively enrolling 35% of our customers in the Container Store loyalty/reward program. To be considered for this position, you must have weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) and some weekday evening availability (Monday - Friday, 4 PM - 9 PM).
