The Retail Employee / Project Specialist Early Morning shifts is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order. This team works every Monday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and some Thursdays during the same hours. To qualify for this position, you must have availability on both Mondays and Thursdays from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Currently, this role offers approximately 5–10 hours of work per week, depending on our truck delivery schedule. If you have availability outside of these truck delivery days or can stock product on other weekday mornings, additional shifts may be available. A $2 per hour differential will be paid for early morning shifts scheduled to begin between 5:00 am - 7:00 am and spent unloading trucks and merchandising the store prior to the store opening.
