About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Experience & Education team. This role will support the organization of tools and materials for education sessions & new store openings, assist with education material creation & dissemination, including video editing, and contribute to general coordinating efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The 8-week Alo internship programs starts June 9th and ends August 1st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in retail or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and managing tools and materials required for new store openings.
• Support the video editing process for training materials.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of education plans.
• Help maintain inventory and track the distribution of materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Retail Experience & Education team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
