As a Retail Early Morning Stocker or Truck Unload team member at Michaels, you will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping our store, and help them find what they're looking for. Your role will include ensuring all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience, completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, and maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. You will also help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions, while engaging them on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Additionally, you will assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
