That's a lot of stuff! ________________________________________________________________________________________ Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-paced individuals to fill Part Time Retail Donation Attendant Position at our Bay City store located at 4011 Euclid Ave in Bay City. $15.00 an hour to start! Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned; Sunday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Extra shifts may be required.
- Must have the ability to travel to other locations.
- Can you lift and carry 35 pounds?
- Can you reach, bend or stoop?
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
- Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?
- Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner.
- Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally.
- Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading.
- Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.
