As our Retail Distribution Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind planning and coordinating the end-to-end flow of retail products—from merchandise to food and beverage—across our theaters nationwide. Your mission? Forecast demand with precision and ensure every item is accurately set up for seamless program launches. You’ll own inventory planning, pricing accuracy, and compliance across systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee readiness and timely execution. What You’ll Be Doing Work with the Activations team to understand program demand and build supply plans that support execution. Develop theater-level demand forecasts for each retail program aligned to program calendars and activations. Translate forecasts into allocation plans and theater-level splits, including launch fills and possible replenishment waves. Own pricing setup, updates, and compliance across internal systems; conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy. Plan product flow from vendor to distribution centers to theaters while ensuring merchandise is delivered in full and on time; lead problem-solving for any distribution challenges. Coordinate vendor communications for quantities, lead times, and theater-level splits; maintain accurate trackers. Participate actively in Menu Team discussions to align programs and activations with inventory and pricing plans. Identify process improvements to enhance forecasting, pricing governance, and distribution efficiency. Qualifications: Professional Skills: Experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and distribution for retail merchandise. Strong understanding of pricing governance and compliance across systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex data sets and scenarios. Project management experience with ability to develop and maintain timelines and readiness plans. Proficiency in ERP/POS systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. Education/Experience: S. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field 4-6+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, retail distribution, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. Demonstrated project management experience. Experience in multi-unit operations a plus.
