About The Position

Transform and elevate the retail experience, one display at a time! ActionLink is seeking a Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Full Time- Seasonal to join our team for Barboursville, WV and the surrounding area. This position involves completing projects at major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and others within an assigned radius territory. The purpose is to turn shelves into sales magnets and drive revenue by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our clients' promotional product displays. You will represent innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and many others. This position offers 32-40 hours per week, with project hours and times fluctuating, so flexibility Monday through Friday typically between 8:00am - 5:00pm is necessary. No weekends or evening hours are required. The time frame for this position is from 9/1/2025 to 11/23/2025. If you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states, there may be opportunities for additional hours. You will be required to submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Access to the internet, basic hand-held tools, and a smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS capability
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle transportation
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
