Be exceptional. Be well. We're seeking a Retail Digital Graphic Designer with experience in roles that combine in-store design, digital design, and systemized workflows. In addition to eye-catching work, you will help build scalable design systems, editable campaign templates, and asset suites that empower our store teams to execute campaigns within a cohesive brand framework. You'll work closely with the marketing and retail teams to translate brand activations, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and partnerships into consistent visual experiences - from digital to in-store.

  • Design and manage brand-aligned campaign assets, including email, social media graphics, digital screens, programmatic ads, flyers, posters, shelf talkers, and in-store signage.
  • Develop editable template systems (in Canva, supported with Adobe Creative Cloud) that local teams can customize while maintaining brand standards.
  • Create asset suites and playbooks for recurring campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Partner with the Retail Marketing Manager to evolve the campaign structure and rollout process for multi-location marketing.
  • Partner with the Retail Operations team to design daily promotional email content, with an eye on automation.
  • Maintain and organize the brand asset library, ensuring accessibility and version control across teams.
  • Assist in brand evolution through thoughtful application of typography, color, imagery, and layout.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including packaging design, merchandise, and co-branded partnerships.
  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in multi-location retail, hospitality, CPG, or food service environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in email and digital media best practices that drive response.
  • Proven ability to design marketing systems and asset suites that scale across multiple stores or markets.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with Canva for team collaboration.
  • Understanding of print production and digital display specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in cannabis, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Think like a designer and a brand strategist.
  • Love creating order from chaos, building templates, systems, and visual consistency.
  • Enjoy translating big brand ideas into local, real-world retail experiences.
  • Have a collaborative spirit and can communicate design intent clearly to non-designers.
