Working closely with the Art Director and Graphic Designers, they help bring brand stories to life through compelling design, consistent branding, and fresh ideas. This role combines hands-on design work with conceptual thinking to support marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert-level knowledge of InDesign Skills
- Strong concepting skills
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and branding principles
- Strong Digital design skills
- Email and landing page layout
- Visual storyteller
- Collaborative and Team Player
- Good presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develops cohesive on-brand visual concepts for retail marketing initiatives
- Support the Art Director and AVP, Creative Services Director on campaign and project visuals
- Guides Graphic Designers with concepts to produce assets and templates
- Collaborates with retail marketing subject matter experts to align on projects and campaign strategies
