About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Promote an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates.
  • Engage and interact with customers to maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Role model outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience.
  • Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and personalized customer service.
  • Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates while supporting POS coverage needs.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure Associates execute tasks according to store plans and prioritize as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and progress updates.
  • Provide recognition and constructive feedback to Associates.
  • Partner with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs and support store shrink reduction goals.
  • Maintain a safe environment and promote safety awareness.
