About The Position

As a Retail Department Manager, you will lead a talented team of sales and customer experience associates to create a world class retail experience for our customers. Through your leadership, the team will inspire customers to participate in the circular economy through the ease of omnichannel shopping, and by educating on the various services TRR has to offer. You are customer obsessed and excel in managing a high volume, fast-paced sales floor. Above all, you embody the TRR culture through collaboration, driving results, and building for the future.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service, retail focused role
• 2+ years of experience managing a team (required)
• A strong sales ability and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Passionate about the TRR brand and mission
• Ability to share knowledge and influence behaviors
• A high degree of EQ, business acumen, poise and the ability to establish trust
• Great attention to detail and customer service
• Commitment and curiosity towards expanding expertise in fashion
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Luxury retail or fashion experience
• Experience in a fast-paced and/or start-up environment
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Google Suite, IOS device

Responsibilities

• Showcase TRR Values and Guiding Principles through the development of elite team members who guide a world class customer journey
• Drive a consistent and seamless omnichannel experience for the TRR customer
• Identify and creatively solve problems
• Inspire team members through hands on leadership and coaching
• Meet or exceed team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicators
• Participation in onboarding and training of top talent for team
• Ensure effective and ongoing partnership between Recruiting, HR, and Training & Development (T&D) of new hires and existing team members
• Partner with senior leadership and cross functional partners to analyze and communicate all weekly reporting with a focus on strategy and action
• Support product based communication and trainings for team
• Continual learning for self and team on TRR’s approved brands and staying abreast of emerging brands and trends
• Maintain a high level of integrity, initiative, motivation and self-direction
