About The Position
The position supports the Manager in ensuring that all price execution procedures comply with the Company's Scan and Scale Accuracy Policy, maintaining retail integrity across all stores. The role involves assisting in the execution of retail integrity programs, developing effective training programs regarding pricing and sale requirements, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal retail pricing standards. The position requires building strong business relationships with regulatory agents and providing support to Store Management and Scan Coordinators regarding compliance with programs, policies, and procedures related to retail integrity. Responsibilities also include monitoring compliance, overseeing store-reported Weights & Measures audits, understanding the impact of company profitability, training for quality control processes, and creating tools for operational excellence in retail integrity. The role requires analyzing data, preparing reports, and creating action plans to improve business practices and profitability.
