About The Position

Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC dba Advantage Solutions is seeking a Full Time Event Manager for Product Demonstration. This role involves overseeing product demonstrations and ensuring that events are executed effectively to promote brand awareness and drive sales. The Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing staff, and ensuring that all demonstrations meet the company's standards and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

  • Knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of product demonstration events.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, staffing, and equipment.
  • Manage event staff and ensure they are trained and prepared for their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each event and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with overall business objectives.
