EZCORP offers a structured career progression, beginning with a 5-week paid training program as a Trainee, which leads to a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon successful completion. Team Members can further develop their skills through the Pawnbroker Certification Program, earning an additional $1/hour. Opportunities exist to advance to a Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) position and subsequently apply for a Store Manager in Training role, which includes a 12-week training program designed to build the foundation for managing one's own store. The Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) role involves daily interaction with customers, assisting with sales, and engaging in negotiations to reach mutually satisfying agreements for pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. As a key member of the Customer Service team in our stores, the representative is expected to foster a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZCORP from competitors.
