The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member for our store in St. Edwardsville, IL. The primary responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Team members will also be involved in truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Additional responsibilities include engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in stocking, planogram processes, and merchandise recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is essential, as is promoting a positive image and serving as a role model for other team members.
