This role leads the frontline to promote a “Highly-Satisfied” customer experience while driving customer loyalty. It helps develop high-performing teams through training and mentoring of Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions. The supervisor acts with integrity to adhere to company policy and procedures and promotes a culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and engaged.
