About The Position
AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is a locally owned and operated visual communications company servicing clients of all shapes and sizes. AlphaGraphics offers design, printing, signs, fulfillment, promotional, apparel, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time Retail Customer Service Representative. Working in this position you will be responsible for greeting all walk-in clients and working directly with them to accomplish their goals and objectives, responding to client emails, generating estimates and job tickets, answering the phone and routing calls, as well as contacting clients when orders are ready for pickup. Although these are the primary responsibilities for this position, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization. Requirements
- 1 year print sales experience required (Retail customer service positions like Office Depot, Staples, FedEx Office, Minuteman Press, Allegra, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
- A genuine desire to meet the customer's needs
- Persuasive and goal driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving and solutions oriented
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships
- Familiarity with standard computer software programs
- Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
Nice To Haves
- Relationship and consultative sales experience helpful
- PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
Responsibilities
