About The Position

In the role of Retail Customer Service Representative working at Employee Sales in Golden, CO, you will be a part of a dynamic team in Guest Relations. Our team members ensure each customer receives a high level of service that elevates and enhances their experience.

Requirements

Strong people skills are a must.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs and stand for most of your shift.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a background check.

Customer Service is preferred.

Responsibilities

Excellent customer service by way of solid product knowledge of our beverages.
Help keep our shop looking fantastic by assisting with merchandising and general upkeep.
Assist your peers with incoming product to make sure it is ready for our customers. This includes driving a forklift to move pallets of product.
Use of POS system to process transactions and assist with opening/closing of registers.
