About The Position

The B2B team member must coordinate and maintain the activities of generating Business to Business sales, while building and maintaining customer relationships. They make customers happy every day by providing helpful, knowledgeable customer service that clearly differentiates us from our competition. Go-getter mindset that will not give up.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be insurable to drive for the company.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • LP Gas certification and Forklift Certification.
  • Physical activity includes: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion.
  • Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs without assistance and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Visual acuity requirements: B2B team members are required to have the visual acuity to perform activities such as: item identification, preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts at distances close to the eyes.
  • Flex team members are required to have acuity to accurately measure and cut building materials and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
  • B2B Team Members must be able to operate machines such as Key machine, Forklift, POS registers, computers, various software and internet-based programs, power saws, LPG filling equipment, and power tools.
  • Must be able to climb up and down ladders using 3 points of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Market program to B2B customers.
  • Generate sales leads from potential new B2B customers.
  • Create and maintain B2B customer relationships.
  • Learn customer base by interviewing customers, visiting outside businesses and understanding critical buying influences in the area.
  • Research and generate special orders, quotes, orders and estimates.
  • Pick, pull and pack will call/delivery orders for B2B customers.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Deliver orders as needed.
  • Establish sourcing of products from vendors.
  • Monitor competition’s pricing product assortment, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure the B2B program is competitive.
  • Track and review B2B customers’ purchases to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide training to internal team members on product knowledge sales skills, customer service and technology.
  • Attend store meetings monthly.
  • "On site" attendance must fall within the company standards as outlined in the handbook.
