About The Position

Color Mixer Specialists tint and mix paint to customer specification. They also work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Color Mixer Specialists are also expected to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Color Mixer Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at the Juneau, AK store: Store #708673, located at: 1740 Ralph's Way, Juneau, AK 99801.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a customer-facing role
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of paint mixing and tinting is a plus
• Ability to stay up-to-date with product features
