The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service in our showroom and over the phone. You’ll help customers find the right solutions, maintain a welcoming environment, support showroom operations, and contribute to our culture of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented, with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, positive mindset; patient and solution-focused with customers.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours.
  • Reliability and dependability is a critical part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming showroom experience.
  • Listen to customer needs, recommend solutions, and upsell products where appropriate.
  • Answer calls promptly and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Process payments accurately and operate the cash register.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
  • Assist the Service team with parts requests and ensure messages are relayed promptly.
  • Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
