The Retail Customer Service Associate is responsible for performing merchandise protection procedures, monitoring entrance and exit activity, and providing superior customer service to members. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
