About The Position

The Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to understand and meet customer needs. The associate will also ensure a clean and safe store environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 6+ months of specialized experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by understanding and anticipating customer needs.
  • Take complex customer orders and provide accurate pricing information.
  • Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping.
  • Set up and operate printing, binding, and related equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment.
  • Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS).
  • Clean, repair, and stock retail store printing and shipping equipment.
  • Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of products and signage.
  • Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting.
  • Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adhere to legal, HR, safety, and security policies.
