Your Purpose as a Retail Customer Experience Specialist: Help customers get excited about Subaru vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs Facilitate remarkable customer experiences Work with Sales Manager to complete the customer’s purchase, ensuring the most personalized experience possible Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete Have the opportunity every day to build brand ambassadors for Subaru vehicles with guests resulting in a long-term Subaru customers
