The Retail Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. This role oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and the effective promotion of loyalty programs. The Coordinator leads by example, engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. They are expected to role model outstanding customer service and create a positive internal and external customer experience.
