Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate with the team to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store and through virtual selling.
  • Assist customers by making product recommendations based on size, fit, and style, leveraging product knowledge and digital resources.
  • Engage with customers during their shopping journey to build and grow client relationships using outreach tools and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with peers and store leadership to problem-solve and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Share customer feedback daily to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems and other store technology to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.
  • Partner with store teams and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events to drive sales.
  • Maintain selling floor presentation and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready by managing merchandise effectively.
  • Receive and set up new merchandise according to visual guidelines and prepare store layouts for upcoming themes.
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures, including accessing alarm systems and settling registers.
