Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer issues with urgency while balancing the needs of the customer and the IKEA Store
  • Identifying and reporting quality issues based on data gathered in returns
  • Investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and working with Independent Service Providers (ISPs) daily to resolve customer complaints
  • Using your product and solution expertise to enhance your customers' experiences
  • Partnering with Kitchen Installation Specialists to solve all escalated kitchen and bath issues
