About The Position
Astound Broadband is currently searching for a Retail Customer Service Representative I, II, or III in our San Antonio, Texas market. This individual provides positive, courteous and prompt customer service in handling customer requests and inquiries to include: order entry, service requests, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting as well as accurately following retail cash procedures. Customer interaction for this position is primarily face-to-face.
