About The Position
Astound Broadband Powered by Grande is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative I, II, or III for our Belton, Texas location. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the telecommunications sector. As a representative, you will engage with customers face-to-face, addressing their inquiries and requests related to order entry, service requests, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by accurately processing transactions and providing information about our products and services. In this position, you will be responsible for computing and quoting adjustments, balances, and rates, as well as handling customer payments and maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. You will also be tasked with processing lock and dropbox payments, confirming addresses for billing, and recommending services based on customer needs. Your ability to actively listen and communicate effectively will be essential in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction. The role requires familiarity with Grande's products and pricing, as well as the ability to explain and demonstrate these offerings to customers. You will be expected to track your sales progress and maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the retail store.
