About The Position
As a Lead Framer at Michaels in Mt. Pleasant, SC, you will lead and coach a team of framers dedicated to building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for their art. Your role will involve driving custom framing sales and assisting customers in crafting memorable framing solutions. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and coaching the team on selling behaviors, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
