As a team member at Michaels, you will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. You will help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. Your role will involve adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and executing company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will embrace and execute personal design by using Elevated ABC to build relationships with customers while delivering sales and production results. Completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time is essential, as is maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in locating products, and ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Participation in truck unloading and stocking processes is also required, along with operating the cash register and executing cash handling to standards.
