As a Retail Credit Underwriter, you will analyze credit risk for equipment and revolving line of credit applications by reviewing credit bureaus as well as other financial data. You will be responsible to review applicant information for accuracy and identify and resolve any potential discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and decision-making skills and will need to be able to come up with creative solutions to mitigate risk to the company. Good communication skills are a must as you will be part of a call center. The position works out of the Racine, WI office, with a hybrid work model. Normal hours are 8:00 - 5:00 CT with occasional 9:00-6:00 CT, 10:00-7:00 CT shifts and some Saturdays are required.
