In this customer-facing role, you will work in-person at a retail store, representing the brand of a Fortune 500 company. Your primary responsibility will be to build brand awareness and customer loyalty while supporting one of our largest sales programs in the U.S. This involves generating new business opportunities and acquiring new credit card customers at one of America's largest retail chains. You will engage and educate customers, providing excellent service and laying the foundation for a strong customer experience as an ambassador for the brand. You will work independently at various retail locations, maximizing sales and enhancing the in-store experience for customers. Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets will be a key part of your role, along with adhering to policies and procedures related to sales, operations, and safety. Collaboration with field leadership and your regional team will be essential to increase sales and improve customer service, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the program.
