About The Position
The Retail Coordinator of Soft Goods at The Polo Club of Boca Raton is responsible for managing and maintaining a high-quality inventory of soft goods while adhering to budget constraints. This role involves establishing and maintaining a yearly sales plan for retail merchandise, tracking inventory, and promoting new merchandise to provide excellent customer service to members. The coordinator will oversee the training of staff, manage the buying plan, analyze inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of the Pro Shop.
